Peanut Butter Bikkies

Excellent for anyone wanting to avoid gluten (flour). Not good for anyone with an allergy to peanuts.

A 'cup' measurement depends on what part of the world you live in but can be either 240mls or 250mls. These are a fairly random creation.

1 Egg

1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

1 cup Sugar

Grease 2 baking sheets or use a baking liner.

Beat the egg up with a fork.

Mix eggs, peanut butter and sugar together.

Roll one tablespoonful into a ball and place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Allow room for spreading.

Bake at 180'C for 10 minutes until golden.

Makes about 12.
